Family
Family is at the core of who I am and what I live for. I have a beautiful wife, 4 children, and a dog. We live a full life filled with fun activities. I plan on helping my children live an epic life by sharing epic adventures with them.
Fitness
Rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing, hiking, camping, weightlifting are all part of my life. Fitness isn't a chore it's a lifestyle.
Fun
The fun comes in many shapes and sizes. This winter, fun for the family looked like ski trips. Fun is practicing skills with Laurel Mountain Ski Patrol. I'm actually the one taking the video in this clip. Way to go team!
